Ok..it is the first of the year an still more problems with Slotomania..So now I have quit playing until my issues are resolved..Here they are...Well I see y'all don't care about your consumers...I am tired of emailing y'all everyday and never a response...my acct was hacked yesterday cost me over 700 million coins...y'all d ont care...I have lost numerous jackpots because of your list connection page...y'all d ont care...I'm tired and fed up with your incompetent employees your *** games...and now your poor security system...because of all this crap from your company I am deleting the app...do not send me any cheap compensation...cause as is of right now your company owes me over 2 billion coins and you w ont ever pay that cause y'all are cheap and greedy.

Also that is the only thing to keep me playing is that amount that is owed...So far your customer service is very poorly , to cheap, and very incompatant...IDo not email me saying you s rnt this to higher people ...I don't care what you do...there are a few more of my friends that say the same thing that I'm telling you right now..Now on to ace cards...for 2 months I have been needing 3 ace and 2 gold cards...

I refused to play the quest...we spent more that what that *** quest paid.But as usual that was created to rob the consumers and not pay crap...As soon ad I get done with this email I am deleting the app for good until your cheap butts come off the coins owed to me...so I hope this opens your eyes to see how us consumers feel about your app...if you can have someone call me about these isdues...I don't care who cslks...here's my number 870 278 0755...if I don't hear from you either by phone or emails then I know you are cowards and you really d ont care about us consumers...I expect to see over 2 billion coins compensated ASAP ...if not I refuse to come back to your app...

I even quit playing their games and signed out of the app...now their systems are down and everyone is pissed off..last night I played for a few minutes won another jackpot and never received it because their systems shut down as I won it...so their company sucks ...I wouldn't recomend them yo amyone...

I was never pleased with this app...to many gaming mistakes on their end...i lost free spins..coins..and bonuses because of their incompetence...Just the othet day i one the grand jackpot on Vegas cash and their maintenance site took over and i didnt get the funds from that jackpot..

i wrote them and their ezcuse is my cache was full...

bs they just didnt want to pay me the 2 billion they owed me..im very displeased and disgusted eith their customer service...all they want to do is say update your phone or clear your cache...this company Pkaytika and Slitomania sucks and i give thrm no stars and no recommendations to anyone..
