Received 1099 for prize winnings late
Very little contact. They are hard to reach.
I won a prize from Playtika that was received in 2025, but never received a 1099 until a week after filing my taxes and it's recorded as 2024 so now I have to amend all my returns. I didn't receive the prize until this year so it should be a 1099 for 2025.

Wsop game is totally rigged
I have played real cash poker for ten years. I have played the Playtika Wsop poker for two years.
I see more 3 card flops with pairs, flushes and straights in an hour than I see in 100 hours of real poker. This is statistically impossible. The deal is totally unrealistic. This site is rigged to redistribute the wealth to smaller stacks.
This site is rigged to allow preflop, all in bets to win way more than they should.
This site is designed to create monster hands and lots of action rather than be realistic. Shame on Wsop for attaching their name to this bogus poker website.

You guys promised me something and the info ended up being wrong
A person from caesers slots told me wrong info about a purchase I was gonna make, and it ended up being wrong info! I want my money back or for someone to rectify this!

F.a.q. sheet. Mistatments affected 58billion in chips.
Paid for chips. Won Season 58billion.
For playtik rewards, I needed a thousand. I checked F.A.Q. States resets January. I made it 99.7% to next stage rewards.
To platinum. Which is 158 left to gain of 30,000. I spend the chips. And re check same day.
Now, todayw no notice they reset early I stead of January. I have all proof below and better receipts I can get.

Bad business

Verified ReviewerI had a technical issue with a glitch, I wanted to report it and get credit for the coins I lost. 3 hrs later I have filled out the form 3× and they continue to delete them when i submit them.bm
There is no customer support at all. You jump through hoops, fill out all the forms, and they tell you you're doing it wrong and delete it.
You have to do it through the game. There is no support portal on the game. They tell you to send screenshots, but when you go to take screenshots, it tells you the app doesn't allow them. They sell all your information and tell you they were allowed to do it.
If you don't like it, don't play the game. I've gone through every website available for the last 3 hours, this is my last resort.
Playtika is a total rip-off and basically a scam. Avoid their games at all costs.

I have paid up plus membership until April 11. Bingo Blitz is not giving me plus rewards.
They want me to join a trial of plus, but when I click on joining for trial play, they say I'm paid up till April 11. This goes on and on, and I have 19 free dice rolls that I cannot use because the free plus trial has come up, and then the process begins all over again. They say their top cats are working on the problem, but this has been going on for a couple of days.
I have been a regular of this game for about 15 years. This is unacceptable!!!

Bingo Blitz has manipulated innocent people. The game has never been regulated, just allowed too freely hit shores beyond American regulations, owned by a Dubai head office.

The customer service #does not work!
I rec. a charge for $105.49 on my statement from Citi through Pay Pal.
I tried to stop this charge a thought I did.
It was by accident n I make many purchases but would never at that amount. Would you please remove this charge?

All they care about is making money off people, the quality of the game has superbly declined. If your want to get stuck with no progression even if you spend money, then this is the game for you.

Didn't receive in app purchase

Being called a liar by multiple agents.
I won a 588b golden card and was only awarded 5.8b. Upon winning I gave all of my current chips away since I was guaranteed 588b.
I have contacted support on multiple occasions and have repeatedly been called a liar. I am a Cristian, former marine, peer mediator and definitely not a liar. There are glitches repeatedly in this game so I dont see what the issue is. I am respectfully requesting that I be awarded what I did Im fact win so that I can continue to play and spend money as I have been.
$500+ I have spent in only a few months.

No review. I just want to play on my iPad
I recently contacted WSOP about changing my screen name to Joseph C. I have 51 billion chips on my iPhone.
They were linked to the same account through Facebook. odinsraven98@***.com. I have reset my password numerous times, still the same person. I've lost all friends and monies.
Is there any way that this can be fixed? The number you'll give does not work. The one you replaced has too many numbers.

David did you follow through with this lawsuit last year? I live in Michigan I played WSOP for the last 10 years I have always knew it was rigged but lately it's worse and worse we just got live poker in the state of Michigan and there is a big difference I played WSOP yesterday and about puked.
